Sending out all updates to the team and families
Answering all calls and responding to messages and starring those for managers
New contacts are checked and details added with any tags that are necessary
Auditing phone calls and giving feedback, followed up with phone training
Weekly planner is completed and kept up to date with any ad hoc jobs scheduled
Responding to new enquiries and managing the pipeline
All new enquiries are responded to within 3 working days
Opportunities is updated 3 times per week
Having all tasks upto date and reminding managers of any for them
Scheduling all tours and following up
Drive new enquiries to book a tour and schedule this on the managers spreadsheet with any cancellations updated
Ring to confirm all tours and answer any questions they have
Following up with families who have attended/missed tour with tag added for attended/missed showaround
Managing places available
Send out registration form and answer any questions around retainer fee, support family and send details for Sat special to Nic
Check registration form and pre visits and send any funded childrens details to Kath
Add new children to Famly with all contact details/permissions and register the family
Upselling available sessions
Ensure all existing list are on extra sessions workflow
Keep Maghull to 100% occupancy with two week grace if a child leaves or decreases sessions
Update flowchart for Maghull and keep a september flow chart updated
Reduce managers workload
Updating dietary requirements in Famly and making the sites cook aware for them to print a new allergy chart
Pamper meetings are checked when due, Newtons are booked in direct with Koel
New parents birthdays are added to the managers calendar
Maintaining the Environment and ad hoc
Keeping your workspace clean and tidy, emptying the bin when needed, closing down the office turning off lights, heating and cctv
Social media keeping meet the team videos upto date on our highlights and room tours
Search engine check all details are up to date
Salary:
From £11.00 per hour

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
