You will be joining a dynamic small team in our warehouse, 5 miles from Bromyard. We are looking for someone with lots of enthusiasm, a focused mind and a "can do" attitude.

Key responsibilities for a Warehouse Operative

• Customer Based role at Tidal:

This is no ordinary warehouse operative role We are looking for a driven individual to take on the task of supporting our clients and making them the best they can be:

• Building strong client relationships and taking ownership of specific clients
• Always provide an excellent client service
• Working in a fast paced, busy environment
• Processing and shipping orders for your client's online shops
• Oversee booking new products in and making sure your client's merchandise and business is running smoothly
• Showing excellent attention to detail always to ensure your clients orders are correct Processing all customers orders and making sure they are packed and sent out on time and in line with the client's brand guidelines
• Working with autonomy and accountability ensuring you make the right decisions for clients and communicate this positively.

Requirements:

Experience and skills needed for a Warehouse Operative

• Customer Based role at Tidal:

Due to the nature of the role it is essential that you can think on your own, are organised, and willing to take on some responsibility

• Customer based experience desired but not essential
• The ability to think on your feet
• Commitment to always work hard and give 100%
• Able to work on your own and as a team
• A curious thinker, problem solver with a creative edge
• The ability to build strong relationships, listen and understand your colleagues and clients
• You will need to be forward thinking; we do not want someone who will settle for the status quo, new ideas are certainly encouraged
• Have a sense of humour
