Customer Education Specialist - EP

Purpose Statement
Plans, develops, and coordinates in-house product training programs for field support personnel and customers.
Obtains information needed to prepare in-house training programs; prepares training materials; develops course content; determines methodology; and coordinates the development of training aids.
Conducts training sessions and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities. May utilize trainers with technical and clinical expertise. Continuously revises lesson plans to meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date.Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer education programs through implementation of strategy, delivery of objectives and execution of logistics while effectively working with stakeholders.
- Ensure consistency in Boston Scientific branding guidelines.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, internal and external.
- Communicate proactively to all levels of management and all stakeholders.
- Define, track and maintain budgets while ensuring cost saving measures, understand implications on general business management.
- Evaluate program impact, reassess objectives and outcomes, and plan for continuous improvement.
- Keep abreast of industry standards and trends as related to responsibility and ensure compliance to governing agency guidelines.
- Create a professional development plan with the partnership of direct supervisor.
- Ensures awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating procedures to meet, comply and champion all quality and regulatory commitments of Boston Scientific.
