£35,000 - £55,000+

We are proud to be assisting a Legal 500-ranked firm in its search for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor.

The firm is one of the leading firms in the North for this type of work and regularly works on notable cases.

The team is headed up by 2 partners both of whom are considered to be some of the leading individuals in the Clinical Negligence space.

The team is going through a significate and extended period of growth and is looking for 3 extra Solicitors.

The team takes on some of the best quality of work in the North and has recently worked on a case in which 20 million in damages were awarded.

A Partner was also involved in a landmark case that lead to new guidelines for expert witnesses.

As a Clinical Negligence solicitor, you will work in a small team of 5-6 and will run complex and high-value multitrack cases, having access to highly knowledgeable Partners/Senior Solicitors who run these teams.

As you progress in your knowledge and career you will be given more reasonability and eventually head up your own team of Clinical Negligence Solicitors, Paralegals and support staff.

This can be done as quickly or as slowly as you would like.

On the otherhand, if management isn't for you, the firm ensures there are other ways to ensure their staff remind engaged and have the opportunity to process in their career.
