Litigation Solicitor


Location:
Merseyside


Salary:
£28,000 to £50,000 (Depending on experience)

  • The Role
  • Handle your own caseload from start to completion
  • Experience of debt recovery or Commercial Litigation
  • Speaking to clients/debtors with confidence and being a competent representative of the firm when attending court/meetings and appointments.
  • Supporting the Head of Department with workload and team members.
The Person Qualified/ NQ Solicitor, Lawyer or Legal Executive with previous experience within Debt recovery or Commercial Litigation.

  • Clear strong communicator and confident to deal with clients
  • Ambitious and looking at expanding your skills and knowledge.
We also welcome referrals for this position, where a successful recommendation would be worth £250.
