St Paul's Girls' School is looking to appoint a full-time Director of Partnerships who will have overall responsibility for all aspects of partnership activity at the school.

Working closely with the High Mistress, they will play a key role in furthering the school's strategic objectives in respect of collaboration with local schools and community groups.

In addition, they will manage staff involved in the school's commercial letting programme to ensure synergy in the use of the buildings.

Show a passion for the role that education can play in transforming life chances
Demonstrable ability to build rapport and interact with people at all levels, whether volunteers, direct reports or colleagues with competing demands on their time
Excellent written and oral communications skills, with the ability to adapt language and tone to suit a variety of different audiences and media both internal and external
A positive attitude, willingness to engage fully where required and persistence in following through multiple projects over long periods
