Working within digital innovation, business transformation, data and security markets, they are wellplaced to deliver both executive search and interim management solutions to organisations of every size.

Due to growth, they now have an exciting vacancy at their Central London office for a Trainee/Associate Consultant.

The successful Trainee/Associate Consultant can expect:

An initial base salary of 25k
First year earnings exceeding 3540k

As a Trainee/Associate Consultant, you will:

Receive the very best in training, covering the full recruitment and sales life cycles along with any sector knowledge required
Research, mapout and gather data/information on market segments and key movers and shakers
Work alongside experienced and successful Search Consultants
Add to the atmosphere of a slick, fastpaced, and dynamic Company
Work remotely up to two days per week

The ideal Trainee/Associate Consultant will:

Have a 2:1 degree along with a genuine interest in technology and innovation
Possess a portfolio of achievements (academic, sporting, extracurricular etc.)
Be highly professional with first class communication and presentation skills
Demonstrate high degrees of motivation, drive and commitment
Be intelligent with a polished approach, have high expectations and a strong desire to win
Be spontaneous, a true gogetter, have gravitas and a strong social game
