Role and Responsibilities.

  • Processing of Purchase Invoices/Credit Notes
  • Raising of Purchase Orders
  • Requesting and Reconciling Supplier Statements
  • Posting of Bank Payments
  • Obtaining copy invoices where necessary
  • Solving Queries
  • Compiling month end payment lists
  • Compiling various supplier reports from Sage
  • General maintenance on Sage
  • General Office duties
  • Must have minimum 2 years Sage accounts experience
  • Must be proficient in Excel
