Role and Responsibilities.

Processing of Purchase Invoices/Credit Notes
Raising of Purchase Orders
Requesting and Reconciling Supplier Statements
Posting of Bank Payments
Obtaining copy invoices where necessary
Solving Queries
Compiling month end payment lists
Compiling various supplier reports from Sage
General maintenance on Sage
General Office duties
Must have minimum 2 years Sage accounts experience
Must be proficient in Excel
