1-1 Recruitment have an excellent opportunity to join one of the world's leading providers of warehouse equipment and supply chain solutions.

Working alongside the planning team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service through giving clear direction to the customer via the delivery team and liaising with both internal and external customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Coordinator - The Role:

Call to confirm delivery arrangements
Arrange alternative delivery arrangements with end customers, lead customer and planning team
Coordinate on road issues with drivers
Be the key interface between customers ensuring a balanced approach is taken to delivering high levels of customer service
Record call results with high levels of accuracy
Operational administration as required
Any other duties as requested

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience in making / receiving a high volume of calls

Proficient on Microsoft Office, must be able to use Outlook, Teams and Excel
Excellent Communication and Organisation skills
