Want to be part of this? We're currently recruiting for a Head of Governance and Company Secretary to join our Finance and Governance Directorate.
What you'll achieve in the role:
The overall purpose of this role is to support the Raven Board and Executive as Company Secretary
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring Raven Group's governance meets all required regulatory and legal standards and codes.
- Providing timely advice and ensuring a welldesigned policy and assurance framework.
- Leading a programme of member, executive and staff development to meet Raven's governance standards.
What you'll bring to Raven:
For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:
- Expertise in governance and compliance requirements of a Housing Association or similar organisation.
- Company Secretarial experience.
- Significant knowledge of best practice in control frameworks, assurance mapping, managing risk, and compliance.
- Experience of driving organisational implementation of recommendations arising from reviews.
