Want to be part of this? We're currently recruiting for a Head of Governance and Company Secretary to join our Finance and Governance Directorate.


What you'll achieve in the role:
The overall purpose of this role is to support the Raven Board and Executive as Company Secretary


Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring Raven Group's governance meets all required regulatory and legal standards and codes.
  • Providing timely advice and ensuring a welldesigned policy and assurance framework.
  • Leading a programme of member, executive and staff development to meet Raven's governance standards.

What you'll bring to Raven:

For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

  • Expertise in governance and compliance requirements of a Housing Association or similar organisation.
  • Company Secretarial experience.
  • Significant knowledge of best practice in control frameworks, assurance mapping, managing risk, and compliance.
  • Experience of driving organisational implementation of recommendations arising from reviews.

DBS clearance will be required for this role.
