Description

Our client, a well-established Estate Agency is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join their busy team in the Isle of Wight.

Working hours:

As a Branch Manager, you'll be required to work Monday to Friday and every other Saturday

The successful Branch Manager will be offered:

£29,000 basic

- £55,000 OTE

25 days holiday + bank holiday
Paid birthday off

To be considered for the Branch Manager role you must have the following:

An ability to build great relationships where customers really buy into you as a person
Previous property sales experience
Full UK driver's license
Highly motivated and driven
Great time management skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

As a Branch Manager, your role will involve:

Providing that personal, professional estate agency expertise and advice
Completing 11 meetings
Setting KPIs for the team
Motivate, inspire, and manage the team
Successfully list a targeted number of properties, advising and helping our vendors sell their homes for the best price and with the best service and support possible
