Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit Builders Merchants to develop new customers and maintain contact with existing customers
- Advise customers on new products and special offers
- Quote orders and understand customer needs
- Resolve any issues and ensure customers have uptodate brochures and product displays
- Provide the brickmatching service and attend meetings with customers to secure yard stock orders/site leads
- Work closely with the Sales team to drive company sales and manage key customer relationships
Key Requirements:
- English and Maths GCSE
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work within fastpaced environments
- Excellent verbal and communication skills with a customer service attitude
- Highly motivated with initiative and selfconfidence
- Multitasking and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Works well within a team
- Holds a valid driving license
Desirable Requirements:
- Previous experience within a sales role
- Experience within the building supply trade
- Knowledge of bricks
The area to be covered will be the South West covering Avon, Somerset, Hampshire, Wiltshire, Dorset, Isle of Wight, Devon, Cornwall.
