NN1 Personnel is looking for an enthusiastic Transport Planner / Coordinator for our client based in Moulton, Northampton.


What we are looking for:


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in transport planning or coordination.
  • A strategic thinker who can juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with drivers, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problemsolving skills to tackle any challenges that arise in the transportation process.

About the role:


  • Salary £29,000 basic
  • Monday to Friday schedule with 9hour shifts,
  • Starts between 8am 9am.
- on-call / out-of-hours paid extra

  • Plan and coordinate transportation routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Monitor vehicle tracking systems to track the progress of deliveries and address any issues.
  • Communicate with drivers to provide instructions and support throughout their routes.
  • Liaise with clients to address any transportationrelated concerns or special requirements.
  • Analyze transportation data to identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency measures.
