Salary:
Up to £45,000 with overall package up to £58,875 (Car allowance, bonus, pension)


Hours:
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week


Location:
Flexible location with hybrid working (Cannock would be preferred)

What will you be doing?
The Product Owner will be providing product specialist services to the Product Owner and the Fleet products i.e. Tranman.

You will provide functional and technical expertise in the development and management of products, pushing the boundaries of innovation, efficiency and design thinking.

The Product Owner will own and manage delivery of features, functions and services.

Immersion into stakeholder and user business areas will be required in order to bind the design and production process to the strategic and tactical deliverables of the business.


  • Working on items within a product backlog.
  • Innovate and create new functionality, features and functions in a constant cycle of improvement.
  • Ensure governance over design and development methods to keep inline with best practice guidelines.
  • Actively lead and influence the product roadmap by establishing influence with the business and colleagues.
  • Continuously improve professional capabilities, maintaining a high velocity individual programme of CPD.
  • Work towards product performance targets.
  • Translating complex system offerings into tangible potential deliverables to the business with full impact considerations.
  • Minimise user burden, input requirements and cognitive load whilst maximising effective outputs.

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in a product lead or similar role.
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven technical ability to develop and manage product roadmaps using industry standard tools.
  • Proven system design & solution driven thinking.
  • Experience owning and managing the delivery of features, functions and services.
  • Appreciation and understanding of data, ux, performance, stability and accessibility.
  • Good appreciation of systems integration and master data management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
