Edward Mann are recruiting on behalf of a leading Private Healthcare Group based in Central London - they're expanding their Sales Teams and now looking for a Relationship Manager (business developer) to join their London-based team.


This is a field-based sales position, working closely with senior stakeholders in healthcare centres to develop business, ensuring customer/client retention.

This position will be required to drive in the North London area.

The package on offer:
Base Salary up to £40,000 + Bonus (circa £55,000 OTE) + £6,000 Car Allowance.


Responsibilities include:


  • Develop a thorough understanding of the healthcare sitebysite setup.
  • Target and secure new referrer relationships for existing/new facilities, service lines, treatments.
  • Support local marketing plans as the group rolls out new facilities or service lines, covering but not limited to, engaging with Schools, Business Parks, Employers etc.
  • Visit referrers by undertaking further valueadded factfinding visits in the area.
  • Establish strong and productive multilevel relationships
  • Referrers, Clinicians, Practice Managers, Secretaries and other key influencers.
  • Keep abreast of Service Line developments across the Group and communicate these developments to referrers as appropriate.
  • Review referral activity and trends with Principles (Practice Owners), Practice Managers and/or key stakeholders, taking action to address any shortfalls and opportunities.
  • Support Referrer Events, Educational programmes and/or Visits
  • Actively source feedback from referrers on the Group's educational seminars/events with the objective of increasing referrals generated by the events.
  • Input into the formulation of the annual Events Calendar, ensuring that it meets the needs of your North London territory and referrer base.
  • Support the delivery of the events by attending personally (some of these events can be held in the evening and/or on a Saturday morning).
  • Field sales experience in Healthcare related services
  • Must own a car and possess a UK driving license
  • Must be accessible to the North London area
