THE SALARY SHOWN IS THE FULL TIME EQUIVILANT. THE ACTUAL SALARY IS PRO RATA BASED ON 30 HOURS
THE JOB
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES _
(Includes but not limited to)_
Ø Answer telephone calls and connect to the appropriate department / contact.
Ø General administrative duties - typing / printing / photocopying / scanning documents.
Ø Uploading and downloading documents.
Ø Dealing with all incoming and outgoing mail.
Ø Meet and Greet Visitors and Clients.
Ø Signing for deliveries and issuing to appropriate member of staff.
Ø Arrange for outgoing deliveries to be collected via a delivery courier.
Ø Booking Meeting Rooms when requested.
Ø Ordering of general office supplies and stationery and maintain stock.
Ø Arrange callouts for office maintenance and maintain records.
Ø Maintain a positive and solution-oriented approach to work, providing open and honest feedback.
Ø Any other administrative duties the Company may reasonably request.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Ø Passionate and motivated about Front of House / Customer Service.
Ø Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Excel / Word / Outlook).
Ø Good communication skills.
Ø Friendly positive attitude and ability to work with other members of the team.
Ø Willing to take the initiative to resolve a problem.
Ø Willingness to develop own career.
Job Type:
Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week
Salary:
£18,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
