Page Personnel are supporting a highly successful growing organisation based in the Kings Norton area of Birmingham with the appointment of a HR Business Partner to join a small HR function.

This role offers 4 days office and 1 day home working.

Description
Reporting to a HR Director, this is an exciting and varied role.

As a HR Business Partner you will work autonomously supporting stakeholders from various business units, the role will involve but not limited to:

Guide and advise stakeholders on all people related matters ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed
Take full responsibility for a range of employee relations casework
Support stakeholders with HR queries
Support the HR Director with a range of HR projects and initiatives
Up skill line managers to deal with people matters effectively
Support the HR Director with change management projects as and when required

Profile

This is an exciting and varied role for a proven HR Advisor/Senior HR Advisor/HR BP looking for excellent opportunities for career progression.

You will be comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, changeable environment.
