    Description

    Bredbury Dental Centre, part of the A&U Dental Group, is looking for two new associates to join their highly experienced, energetic and forward-looking team.

    This practice started of as 3 surgeries, moved to 4 surgeries and now is an 8 surgery practice. This expansion has all happened over a few years with a vision of making Bredbury Dental Centre a leading dental provider not only in Manchester but the UK.

    The group is supported by a finance and marketing department; and focuses heavily on clinical development through it's development programme - A&U Evolve. We currently comprise of approximately 45 associates, 5 therapists and 2 foundation dentists. A number of specialists work in our group from endodontists to implant and oral surgeons that have hospital experience.

    Our vision is to make every practice a specialist centre that focuses on the patient experience.

    Role:

    • UDAs + private income. We are happy to show redacted data on associate performance. We are implement a drive behind marketing and online booking.
    • Days: 4 days per week
    • Opportunity to work on weekends with a proven track records with other associates that are currently work on the weekend.
    • Established well-maintained NHS and private patient list
    • Start date end December 2025

    The Practice:

    • An experienced and supportive single-site practice manager
    • A strong lead dentist, Dr. Phil Jackson, who has been at the practice for nearly 20 years.
    • £12,000+ spent on marketing annually e.g. Google Ads
    • 800+ Google Reviews & a strong focus on patient experience
    • 8 surgery practice with an i-Tero Scanner
    • Fully digitalised currently using iPads in every surgery. iPads are used to show portfolios, visual animations and sign treatment plans
    • A strong Clinical team spearheaded by the Clinical Director, including a lead dentist for every practice.
    • Long-serving, dedicated and highly experienced team
    • 30 minute drive from Central Manchester and have a train station close by that is only a short walk to.
    • Practice offers Cosmetic Dentistry, Invisalign, Facial Aesthetics, Implants, Oral Surgery plus Hygienist and Therapist.

    Development opportunities within the group:

    • The practice has support of a Clinical Director, Dr. Christine Battison, a dentist with 20+ years experience in dentistry.
    • Regular catch-ups with the Clinical Director
    • A&U Evolve, our own training initiative compromising of the opportunity to shadow, attend peer reviews and our annual conference.
    • Associate Development Scheme - course contribution of up to £1,000 available.
    • Work with clinicians in our group to develop short term orthodontics skills.
    • Develop facial aesthetics experience.
    • Opportunity to train to provide sedation
    • Observe and develop from an experienced minor oral surgeon
    • Observe and learn implant dentistry from our in-house implantologist

    Equipment

    • Rotary Endodontics as standard
    • X-rays in every surgery
    • Sectional matrix for use in posterior composites
    • Use of a iTero Scanner (within the company)

    All candidates must be registered with the GDC and have an active performer number.
