Description
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our growing team.


You will be providing support to Clients and Management through a variety of tasks including monitoring the progress of on-going jobs, diary managment, maintaining our quotes system, liaising with our mobile workforce and updating portals.

As a growing small to medium sized company, we are looking for someone who is motivated and willing to take on responsibility with time.


Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Processing jobs based on completion statuses.
  • Coordinating job progress meetings with Office team.
  • Providing a first point of call for Clients via phone.
  • Updating job management system & client portals
  • Liaising with Engineers.
  • Planning routes and scheduling works.
  • Administrating the quotations process.
  • Liaising with Subcontractors to issue them with works.
  • Ad hoc/ general administration.

Essential:


  • Strong IT Skills
  • Great Communication Skills
  • Organised individual
  • Previous administration experience.

Desirable yet not essential:


  • Previous experience of job management
  • Previous experience working within a building services company.
  • Experience using Office365, Xero or EWorks Manager
