The Role:


  • This is a highly progressive opportunity for a Corporate Associate to join the firm's vibrant office in Oxford, with hybrid working in place
  • Earning high accreditation in the Legal 500, the Corporate team are regarded as market leaders in the Thames Valley region, with extensive expertise in advising HNW individuals and heavyweight companies across the private equity, tech, property & retail sectors
  • To align with this, you will work across a broad range of corporate transactional work, including M&As, private equity, investments & joint ventures, restructures and public company work
  • As an Associate, you will be given a high level of exposure from the outset and a platform to raise your profile within the corporate space
  • A qualified Corporate Solicitor from NQ to 5 years PQE
  • Strong academic background
