Description
The team at Magnetic Business Development has been securing new business meetings on behalf of our clients since 2005. We work with businesses across many different industries including, construction, IT, finance, telecommunications, publishing and many more. We operate from our office in Eastbourne but represent companies from UK, Europe and UAE.

Key duties and responsibilities

  • Scheduling meetings for clients and following up for opportunity feedback
  • Working with targeted data to source meeting opportunities
  • Contacting prospects via phone, in a professional manner to secure meetings for clients
  • Tenacity and drive to effectively cultivate and prospect your own leads/data
  • Client relationship management, data cleansing and research
  • Effectively managing sales pipeline
  • Ensuring accuracy of information within the CRM
Skills and experience

  • Comfortable speaking with senior decision makers from a range of industry sectors
  • Ability to manage time and responsibilities appropriately
  • Positive outlook with a cando attitude
  • Prior B2B sales experience preferred, but not essential as all training is provided
  • Excellent communication and people skills

This is an office-based role in our comfortable Eastbourne office.

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9AM - 5PM

£18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
