Project Manager - ICT - VoIP Replacement Project and AWS deployment.

This is a contract role - approx £ inside IR35
This role Reports into the Portfolio Manager.

The Programme is led by the Programme Manager for the Infrastructure and services renewal programme - known as Mission Programme.

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with proven experience with multiple demanding projects.
Primary Skills will be Communication, Organisation, Prioritisation, and a methodical approach to task management.

This role will be responsible for two areas:

Replacement VoIP telephony solution.

Moving from an on premise VoIP solution with mixed economy of Handsets and Client devices, and a set of Contact Centre solutions.
Moving to a SaaS solution, with Primary Softphone deployment, Specific solution handsets and replacement host Contact Centre solution.

Move from On Premise Data Centre to Hosted Cloud solution with AWS.

Commissioned solution with AWS, this role will support the internal team engaging with identified resources from AWS, to move our server estate to the Hosted platform.
Ensuring the transition is managed, recorded appropriately, skills are transitioned and all capabilities are met to ensure continuity of service.
