Legal Contracts Manager

A very exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Contract Manager to join a charity think tank who have a charity commercial arm.

This role is will involve yourself working on very significant commercial contracts provide by a US international developmentagency. You will be provided with top notch training to help deal with key issues all over the world. You will also be working on legal BAU duties as well. This is a 6 months role with scope to be extended.


Your New Role:


  • Managing various legal contracts
  • Provide legal research and support
  • Working directly alongside managers
  • Contract review and negotiation
  • Undertaking risk assessments

About You:


  • Previous experience with public and private sectors
  • Previous commercial and contracts experience
  • Knowledge of charity law or working in a charity
  • Comfortable handling large workload under time constraints.
