We are looking to appoint a Graphic Designer to join our close knit, collaborative Marketing team in either our Leeds or Hull office to help us on this exciting journey.

About the role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to support the evolution of rradar's brand.

The Graphic Designer role will work closely with the Creative/Brand Executive and Marketing Manager to produce on brand designs, assets and collateral that promote and reflect the company's identity and vision.


Following set specifications, the Graphic Designer would be responsible for creating on brand content/design assets for both digital and print outputs to improve the productivity of our design resources across a wide range of marketing activities and projects.


About You:


We are looking for someone with strong technical knowledge and experience, skilled as a creative with significant experience in graphic design and digital design from a creative agency or in-house.


A degree in graphic design or marketing, with 4-5 years' experience with Adobe InDesign/Creative Cloud (Premier Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop).


  • Experience of working with both creative and marketing teams to deliver multichannel, online/offline campaigns.
  • Experience in handling large volumes of design work.
  • Experience working to a defined set of brand guidelines to update existing, and create a range of new assets, in a variety of formats/usecases/audience groups.
  • Demonstrable experience of showing attention to detail when creating new designed assets for high accuracy.
  • Understanding and practical knowledge of how to work to a project plan for a sizeable design studio pipeline.
