& Social Media Internships - **6 months FTC

About Us
People-First is our mantra at Splendid.

This means that we will nurture your passion and creativity to help you build a career that you love, as you hone your skills working for iconic brands and creating award-winning campaigns.

You'll be part of teams working on a range of activity from projects for start-ups through to campaigns for some of the country's biggest and most-loved brands.

Our Head of Wellbeing will offer emotional support and insight as you develop your career, while also helping you seek balance at work.

We care deeply about inclusion and believe that team diversity enriches our collaborative culture and our work for clients.

And People-First also means looking after our habitat, so we challenge ourselves to be kinder to the planet, which is why we're partners with World Land Trust, working together with them on a range of sustainable practices with the goal of being carbon balanced.

All these areas are covered by individual development objectives and business investment, so our people grow with the business.
