  • Correspond professionally with policyholders, maintaining excellent customer service
  • Ensure accurate recordkeeping of all claimsrelated information
  • Collaborate effectively with the team to meet and surpass performance targets
  • Evaluate claims according to company policy and industry regulations
  • Identify and report any suspicious or fraudulent claims
  • Provide support to other team members as required
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of claims handling processes

The Successful Applicant:


A successful Claims Handler should have:

  • A strong understanding of the insurance industry and claims handling processes
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in recordkeeping and data management
