- Manage and process insurance claims in a timely and efficient manner
- Correspond professionally with policyholders, maintaining excellent customer service
- Ensure accurate recordkeeping of all claimsrelated information
- Collaborate effectively with the team to meet and surpass performance targets
- Evaluate claims according to company policy and industry regulations
- Identify and report any suspicious or fraudulent claims
- Provide support to other team members as required
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of claims handling processes
The Successful Applicant:
A successful Claims Handler should have:
- A strong understanding of the insurance industry and claims handling processes
- Proven customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in recordkeeping and data management
