Recruitment Consultant - £30,000 per year plus monthly commission
FryerMiles 'a Pareto People Company' is a multi-disciplinary consulting firm aimed squarely at servicing the Human Resources sector. We currently have offices in Maidenhead, Dubai, Melbourne, and Auckland (with more coming).
We are rapidly expanding across our 'Accountancy & Finance' and looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in Maidenhead, Berkshire, and become part of the next exciting growth phase in a business that is about to launch into a numberof new markets.

Key responsibilities
- Identifying and developing new business relationships
- Engaging with active and passive job seekers to understand their strengths and aspirations.
- Managing full recruitment lifecycle from engagement, through interview and offer negotiation
- Advertising and marketing of job vacancies
- Selfmotivated and strives to learn and develop
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Can engage with people at all levels and build trust through honest correspondence and quality delivery
- Looking for a longterm career and desire to manage/coach/mentor junior consultants in the future
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Resilient

- Monthly commission scaled up to 40% with a low threshold

- Work from home Fridays when on target
