The role will be leading a small team of developers in building the future of the business, working closely with an Ecommerce Product Manager to create exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop a more personalized product discovery experience.
  • Prioritize real-world user experience, including loading performance and site stability.
  • Scale technology to align with publishing plans and expansion.
  • Optimize development processes and build a top-tier development team.
  • Ensure system security, scalability, and peak event readiness.
  • Share knowledge and experiences in Engineering Weekly meetings.
