Your work will drive success across multiple marketing and communication channels, including social, brand, CRM, loyalty, PR and internal comms campaigns.
You'll be expected to innovate and use your skills to produce world class designs that help us achieve our KPIs, working within our creative team to grow our digital channels and deliver value to our customers.
You will also work closely with stakeholders across the company to manage projects to tight deadlines, providing creative solutions that meet the business needs of our products and services.
As Content Producer (Digital Design) you will:
Generate, develop and communicate new ideas
Design compelling and innovative graphics, infographics and motion based on the brief
Ensure designs are adapted and optimised for the appropriate channel
Deliver consistency across all designs as a brand guardian, ensuring all work delivers against brand guidelines
Effectively manage project timelines and keep stakeholders updated on projects
Competently use a project management tool and content calendar to manage workflow
Comply with company clinical policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
Ensures accuracy of designs and ensures relevant compliance checks are completed
To succeed as a Content Producer (Digital Design), you will:
Have completed formal training in design
Be able to demonstrate a strong design portfolio with a high-level design competency
Excellent understanding of design principles
Have a strong awareness of design trends
Be proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign)
Experience with wider design and planning tools such as Figma and Jira
Design for multiple channels
Be able to effectively manage design requests across multiple projects and stakeholders
