About the Powder Plant Process Operative job
The purpose of your role is to assist with the manufacture of dairy powder according to specification.

Key tasks:

Monitor quality standards for products, raising any concerns you may find
Regularly take production samples to our lab to be checked
Ensure hygiene, health & safety and food safety guidelines are followed
Report any issues or breakdowns to the Production Manager/Engineers

About You

Experience working in a production, manufacturing, factory, or related role most ideally in food or beverage production
Knowledge of food safety and food hygiene would be a great advantage
Experience operating food production machinery is desirable
Ability to communicate
Have own transport as no direct public transport links

The
Powder Plant Process Operative is based in Skelmersdale

This is paid at £12/hour during your 3-month probationary period which will then be reviewed after successful 13 weeks.

The working hours are:
Days 4 on 2 off 7am - 7pm (finish)

Evenings 4 on 4 off 7pm - 7am (finish)

There is an element of holiday cover and weekend working required.

Bonus scheme available if criteria is met.
