This market leading, FTSE100 organisation has a fantastic opportunity for a senior Product Marketing Manager to support the development of their retirement solutions business.

The role will be a member of their newly created Product and Investment MarketingTeam and they are looking for a product marketing specialist specifically in annuities.


You can expect to work in a hybrid manner with time spent working in the office and at home, to suit the individual while balancing this with business requirements.


You will be a senior member of the team that creates brand differentiation of retirement solutions through the delivery of creative, though-provoking and market leading content across multiple media so that target audiences understand and are interestedin learning more about the organisation's products and investment solutions.

There is a strong focus on responsible investment and ESG which reflect the brand's sustainability ambitions. Some understanding and experience of this would be beneficial.


Key Responsibilities

  • Take a leading role in the development of the marketing strategy to promote the brand's credentials in retirement solutions
  • Create engaging investment marketing and product collateral and brochureware that helps customers understand their retirement options
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across all platforms, marketing media and audience channels.
  • Create new product and investment marketing communication tools to promote the key aspects of the different products and propositions
  • Ensure collateral reflects sustainability priorities
  • Work with the wider Marketing team to ensure the creation of web pages and promotion through social channels and through video, webinars and events
  • Deliver gotomarket campaigns to support products and propositions
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives comply with regulatory requirements, Conduct Risk (Customer at the Heart), Consumer Duty and Treating Customers Fairly

Person Profile

  • Passionate and seasoned product marketer with a clear understanding of the regulatory environment associated with pensions and savings
  • Experience in retirement solutions and annuities products gained probably from working in an asset manager, pensions provider or wealth management firm
  • Highly experienced in developing messaging suitable for both B2B and B2C audiences, with a track record of delivery from idea through to development and implementation
  • Experienced in fast paced environments and working within a matrix organisation, you will be a brilliant stakeholder manager and relationship builder with excellent influencing skills.
  • Above all, you'll be creative, curious and have a positive cando attitude.
