Our client, a prestigious independent estate agent, are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Estate Agent to join the team on a full-time basis in their Honiton office.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a market leading agent with a super reputation as an employer in the South West area and high earning potential in the region of £45,000 for an experienced valuer.


This is an exciting role which will involve a variety of front-line property valuing responsibilities generally carrying out two or three valuations every day in the £250-500,000 price range so you must be used to working in a busy environment.


They are looking for a valuer with at least two years estate agency experience to include a solid background in valuing, who is looking for a career, rather than just a job, where there will be future promotion prospects and high earning potential for the right person.


You will be hard-working and articulate, well-presented, a real team player, able to communicate at all levels and looking to expand on your already gained knowledge.

This is an exciting and varied role dealing with different types of people and property in the Honiton and surrounding areas.

Competitive basic salary and on target earnings in the region of £ depending on experience (this will be basic salary plus office commission).
