PagePersonnel are delighted to be partnered with our client to recruit a Bank Reconciliations Assistant.

The purpose of the role is to reconcile and maintain all bank accounts at an acceptable level whilst completing all daily functions of the Cashier roleand general administration duties.

As well as ensuring that all KPI's and SLA's are achieved or exceeded as well as maintaining excellent client and customer service.

Description

  • Manage Customer bank accounts in line with agreed timescales;
  • Analyse bank and/or credit card statements and reconcile client cash books;
  • Work closely with Credit Control and Accounting teams to ensure accurate bank reconciliations and accruals;
  • Enhance and maintain process documentation, and ensure compliance with policies, procedures and internal controls
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, initiating ideas to develop Bank Reconciliations processes and controls;
  • Analysis of Bank Reconciliations KPI's & metrics as required by clients and company management;
  • Client Maintenance updating multiple systems within the Bank Reconciliations Department;
  • Promote and develop relationships with key contacts throughout the business;
  • Manage queries to resolution through investigation, reconciliation and escalation;
  • Ensure all supplier information is up to date and accurate;
  • Maintain mailboxes and ensure all documentation is filed correctly;

  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to quickly form professional relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels of seniority
  • High volume processing & fast pace background required
  • Maintains a positive attitude towards routine tasks

Job Offer
This role will offer a competitive salary between £21,000 - £23,000 plus great benefits.
