A new and exciting opportunity has arisen at Breeze Motor Group for an
Aftersales Managerto join our Commercial Vehicle teamin
Poole, however flexibility is required depending on business needs across our other dealerships.

You will join us on a
full-time permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a

Responsibilities as our Aftersales Manager:


  • Carry out regular reviews of pricing policies, labour rates, discounts and parts pricing
  • Monitor workshop productivity and the effective use of labour
  • Examine management accounts and composite figures
  • Ensure all stocks and services purchased for resale are monitored and sold at a profit
  • Maintain stock levels, monitor the parts inventory and anticipate future parts needs
  • Measure true stock turn and keep obsolete stock to a minimum
  • Handle dissatisfied customers calmly, resolve complaints with sensitivity, and involve others when needed
  • Ensure the aftersales department is adequately staffed in order to achieve departmental objectives and provide a prompt and efficient service to customers
  • Ensure staff maintain uptodate knowledge, improve technical skills and achieve a high level of workmanship
  • Always operate within the law, ensuring all health and safety legislation and internal procedures are followed
  • Ensure the correct recycling of all disposed and damaged items in line with environmental regulations

What we are looking for in our Aftersales Manager:

  • Main dealer experience or experience of such
  • Full clean Driving Licence
  • Personable approach, with a polite and courteous manner
  • Selfmotivated
  • Computer literate
  • A strong communicator and able to lead by example
  • Possess exceptional leadership skills
  • Able to adhere to tight deadlines being made
  • Able to manage and motivate the team to deliver high performance
