For some of our service users, day to day living tasks which many of us take for granted can become very difficult.

That is why our community support workers, are vital.

As a community support worker within Glasgow, you will make a rewarding difference to service users lives every day. You will be delivering high quality one to one care services within the service users own home.

You will attend all relevant training to ensure you are at a standard set by the Health and Social Care Standards and SSSC Code of Practice


We are looking for mature experienced support workers for our female service users who is a wheel chair user in North Glasgow.

She is a very independent lady, who wants to be able to go out into the community with her support worker, doing various tasks such as shopping.

Our service user is looking for support in a variety of shifts:

Sleeping nightshift - 11pm - 8am - tasks will include personal care, undressing/dressing, assisting to and from bed to wheelchair, assisting with medication.

The same person will support the lady from 8am till am.


3.30pm - 5.30pm tasks will include preparation of food, giving choice to the lady and encouraging to participate in tasks.

8.30pm - 11pm, watching some films on TV, undertaking some household tasks

You must be registered with the SSSC, PVG and satisfactory references.

£11.20 per hour
