an exciting opportunity for a Product Development Specialist
to join their team in London, Docklands.
You will join them on a full
time,
permanent
basis

In the UK their Docklands data centre campus facilitates the majority of the London Internet Exchange's (LINX) capacity, meaning that they support a huge proportion of all UK internet traffic, making their Docklands campus a globally important internet hub.

**The
Product Development Specialist role overview**: As their Security Administrator, you will be responsible for seeking and developing growth opportunities of the company's services and products. Working with multi-functional teams, lead and manage the life cycle of a product, conducting market research, market survey and customer survey, creating the business plan, liaising, and managing third party partners. Supporting the Legal team in preparing contracts and service description operating flows.


Key tasks of their Product Development Specialist:

  • Contribute to and prepare service and product plans for the company to enhance its DC connectivity business, supported by market research. Scanning market intelligence exploring business opportunities
  • Coordinate service and product plans collaborating with business partners
  • Improve the company's existing product offerings understanding latest customer needs and market trend
  • Project Management: to proactively and professionally manage the entire "project cycle" from lead generation and lead management to prospecting, arranging appointments, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating, closing and handing over new partnership developments to the business
  • Analysis: to provide analysis on optimal options based on accurate analysis on Pros/Cons. Analysis should be based on the acquired information and results such as sales trend. In addition, visualization of potential risks and clarification of risk levels
  • Support the company's service and product partnerships with 3rd party companies, pre

  • Responsible for products and services including defining service conditions, developing and managing order and operation process, and documentation
