Full Time, Permanent


Hours: 40 hours per week


Salary:
£22,000 per annum, increasing to £23,000 per annum upon successful completion of probation period.

We are seeking to hire an Accounts Administrator to join our existing team at our Colwick site. This role involves working Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00.


The Role

Responsibilities will include:


  • Creating prices
  • Investigating errors and queries
  • Sending out proof invoices weekly and at monthend
  • Managing the Tradex portal and uploading documents
  • Generating manual invoices for consolidated customers at monthend
  • Providing copy invoices and tickets for customers
  • Scanning documents into Myenva
  • Addressing Duty of Care queries and documentation
  • Creating new orders for bin deliveries
  • Handling bin cancellations and site suspensions

Remuneration and Benefits:

- £22,000 - £23,000 per annum, based on skills and experience
