Overview:

Element has an opportunity for a

Customer Service Representative to work in Strathaven, within a team environment processing our orders along with other administrative tasks with giving all our customers first class customer service and aftercare.

Element Strathaven, are the UK's premier supplier of chromatography products, training and technical services.

Element put the customer at the heart of everything we do; we aim to offer fast delivery, great after sales care and expert technical support on the >100k products we supply.


Responsibilities:


  • Process customer orders accurately using sage
  • Manage Customer Relationship Management tool (CRM)
  • Building relationship with new customers
  • Offer excellent customer service with all customers
  • Issue customer quotations accurately
  • Receiving and Making calls to our customers
  • Responds to customer enquiries within a two hour time frame
  • Advising our customers of delivery dates
  • Participate actively within department meetings
  • Work closely in supporting the sales team with general administrative tasks

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Good computer literacy with supporting using our CRM
  • Sage experience preferred
  • Minimum 2 years customer service experience
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Fluent with using Excel
  • Good telephone manner
  • Good team player
