Graphic Designer - 6 Month Maternity Cover

Role Description

We are seeking a graphic designer to join our hard working, and friendly marketing team based on an initial 6 month contract for maternity cover.

(This could possibly be extended dependent on circumstances)

Duties include:

Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and ensure that all design solutions meet strategic objectives and brand guidelines.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that all deliverables maintain a high standard of quality and creativity.

Experience required for the role:

Have handson experience with Adobe Creative Suite including Indesign, Illustrator & Photoshop.
Strong aesthetic skills, including typography and layout.
Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good working knowledge of the print process and preparing printready artwork.
Ability to use both Mac an PC
Effectively interact with team members across the business.
Good at problemsolving, innovative, highly organised and detail orientated.
Display a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills.
Have at least 3 years of design experience inhouse or agency.

Desirable skills/qualifications:

Have a basic understanding of Premier Pro and After Affects.
Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent.

Pay:

Circa £30,000.00 pa DOE
free parking

No Hybrid working currently - office based at BD4 6SG

Full time or part time hours are negotiable

£30,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
