You'll play a key role in enhancing the University's reputation for sport and establishing the University as one of the leading modern universities for sport within the HE sector.


The post holder will provide support across the whole department but will assist with customer insight, promotional campaigns and all forms of customer communication, by way of preparation, implementation and review of copy and collateral.

You will be responsible for supporting the annual marketing and communications planning, assisting with campaigns and events, helping to contribute to print and other physical materials and creating a range of traditional marketing initiatives to raise our profile and support our income generation targets.

The role will help with membership acquisition, retention and regular communications to both customers and prospects.

With a customer-centric focus, the role will help share student and member stories, promote success across our department and work with other colleagues in the university on collaborative projects.
