Costs Draftsman - Greater Manchester - Up to £60,000 - REF 256224CF

The Role

This is a superb opportunity to join a leading Top 200 UK law firm specialising in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence claims.

Due to the development and expansion of the firm's Costs team, they are now seeking to appoint a Costs Draftsman to work alongside its existing team to assist in driving forward a resilient and varied legal practice.

Costs Draftsman with at least 3 years experience is essential
Excellent knowledge of costs law and the Civil Procedure Rules
Experience of drafting bills of costs, Replies, Points of Dispute and Costs Budgets
Ability to deal with third party solicitors and insurers daily
Excellent organisation and timemanagement skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts
Professional and effective communication with individual and business contacts

- up to £60,000 depending on experience
