Description
We are seeking a Customer Sales Assistant to join our team. The CustomerSales Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

This position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products or services
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and problemsolving skills
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay uptodate on product knowledge and promotions

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,913.67 per year
