Senior Project Coordinator

Up to £36,500

Swansea Head Office) - Hybrid


One of our training and education providers seek an experienced project coordinator to develop and maintain project plans and project documentation, resources, information systems, stakeholder management, whilst co-ordinating regular update reports.


Ideally you will be PRINCE 2 qualified or have equivalent training to coordinate the full project lifecycle with knowledge of associated methodologies.

There is a focus in this role for stake-holder engagement.


This role is full time, can be conducted hybrid from Swansea head office, the team will require meeting at HO once a week, therefore please ensure you can travel to the Swansea area within 2 hours travel time.

You will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £36,500 dependant on experience as well as benefits to include:

  • 25 days per holiday year plus 8 statutory bank holidays.

Duties of the

Senior Projects Coordinator:
-


  • Provide full lifecycle project support to all programmes,
  • Develop, implement, and proactively manage, clear, effective project plans in a constantly changing and dynamic environment
  • Support in the initiation, kick off meetings for the implementation of new projects
  • Coordinate the successful setup and running of relevant programmes and pilots
  • Organise and maintain all projectrelated paperwork
  • Provide a professional single point of contract for project customers.
  • Active management and scheduling to ensure activities/tasks being undertaken are in line with programme/project goals whilst ensuring that they are delivered to best practice

Skills & Experience Required
We want to hear from you if you can demonstrate experience working for 3 years within a project coordination role, key skills we seek include:

  • 3+ years in project planning and coordination
  • Prince 2 Qualifications or Associated
  • Those with extensive experience in project coordination without a qualification will also be considered (demonstrable experience is essential)
  • Stakeholder engagement focus in your career would be advantageous.


Any exposure working within the training and education industry would be advantageous however not essential, all industry backgrounds are considered if the essential criteria is demonstrated from the most recent 3-5 years of your work history.
