Introduction
An exceptional and rare opportunity has arisen within our clients highly reputable Private Client team for either a Solicitor or Senior Solicitor.
Based in the Central Belt, this highly successful & established firm undertakes a varied spectrum of legalmatters within the private client space.
Our client embodies a truly supportive environment, with fantastic career development, this role would suit an ambitious private client professional to work with those that demonstrate a genuine custodian esk mind-set for their clients matters.
Role Responsibilities
The scope of this opportunity is varied, our client works in a collaborative manner across the team at all levels so responsibilities would include (but not limited to):
- Meeting with and advising clients on a range of issues.
- Providing advice to clients on Wills, Tax Planning, Executries, Trusts and Guardianships amongst other issues.
- Taking instructions and drafting letters/correspondence.
- Drafting legal documents.
- Being the first point of contact for a number of key clients and managing cases.
Ideally you will be a qualified Solicitor with 1-4 years PQE in Private Client (Executries, wills, power of attorneys, guardianships and trusts etc).
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written are key as is being an excellent team player with astrong attention to detail and exceptional organisation skills.
Equally, if you are NQ with a specialised two year training contract within a private client department this would potentially be an excellent opportunity to further develop your career in anaccelerated manner.
