Accounts Assistant


Location:
Aberdeen AB12 3LQ


Salary:
Between £19,800 - £24,000 + Bonus of £1,200

Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week

Our clients dealerships are busier than ever and as result we are looking to recruit Accounts Assistant to help support our team in our dealership in Aberdeen.


Key Responsibilities will include:


  • Daily Cash banking
  • Processing supplier invoices
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Prepare and process bank payments as required
  • Daily allocation of bank payments received/made
  • Reconcile bank transactions daily highlighting any issues to management
  • Petty cash reconciliation
  • On a weekly basis review the sales ledger using an aged debt analysis spreadsheet to identify aged debt. Escalate any payment issues to the department manager and FC
  • Monthly stock check and other monthend reconciliations
  • Ensure support is given to other colleagues and department managers to ensure records are maintained accurately and promptly

Requirements:


Our Client will provide training that is designed to keep experienced Workshop Managers up to speed with the latest Motor Industry technology.
