Our Client is looking for a hands on Systems Accountant to support with a new system implementation on a 10-months fixed term contract basis.

Our Client is looking for a hands on Systems Accountant to support with a new system implementation on a 10-months fixed term contract basis.

Description
As a Systems Accountant, duties will include, however, not be limited to:

Assisting in creation of project plan, with particular attention to key deliverable, milestones and deadlines
Creation of chart of accounts to reflect reporting structure of the business, and mapping existing chart of accounts to new
Set up and configuration of Nominal, Sales, Purchase and Project ledgers
Design and implementation of a robust purchase to pay process
Data extraction & cleansing from existing system, for migration to new system
Configuration of core reports within the new system
Deliver training and post implementation support to end users

Profile
Available to start in January 2023

Previous experience of finance system implementation and data cleansing/migration is essential

Knowledge of Sage 200 and/or Microsoft Dynamics is desirable

Job Offer
£35,000-£45,000 per annum equivalent + 25 days holiday plus banks + hybrid working + free onsight parking + excellent staff benefits.
