About the role:


You'll be creating training material in a variety of formats and use your knowledge to assist in user acceptance testing.

This role will become part of a solution delivery team working alongside experienced IT analysts, business SM Es and project managers to deliver excellent results.


About You:

You'll be experienced in delivering systems training to audiences using different learning methods and techniques.

You will have worked as part of a team to deliver training on solutions that are new or for which there have been process changes.

You'll have excellent skills in Microsoft Office and using delivery tools such as video conferencing.
