Working as part of the HomeKey+ caseworker team, you'll carry out duties to include caseworker activities, contract administration, communications and coordination to support customers, technical staff and our specialist team.

Providing advice, assistance and support to customers who may be older, have disabilities and vulnerable who wish to repair, adapt or improve their homes, you'll deliver a liaison service for our customers throughout the process, linking into other organisationincluding referral agents and partners.

Above all, you'll support the development of the caseworker team by championing quality, continuous improvement in process and compliance and to provide guidance and best practice to teams and colleges.
