About the Role

Base Location:
Aberdeen, Perth, Inverness or Glasgow

Salary:
£31,339 - £35,892 + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

Working Pattern:
Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available

The key duties and responsibilities of the Project Coordinator are:

Managing the project accounts, raising purchase orders, making sure suppliers are paid on time and dealing with external supplier queries.
Coordinating and preparing all project meetings, making sure these are scheduled, attended and minutes are recorded to a high quality.
Supporting the project team meet milestones and deadlines.
Coordinating all project reporting, making sure reports are produced on time and to a highquality standard.
Assisting the project team with the project specific administration duties.

What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

Excellent administration and organisational skills; this role is a busy one and will allow you an opportunity to learn about our business and interact with a wide range of stakeholders. You should have a proven ability to manage different stakeholders at once, sometimes with conflicting priorities, and be able to prioritise and work in the most effective way.
You will be highly literate with a keen eye for detail, and an ability to prioritise your workload in demanding timescales.
The role will also involve managing project finances, therefore experience in this topic is beneficial.
Proficient use of different software with the ability to become competent with using new systems.
Previous experience supporting a busy technical/engineering team is desirable but not essential.

Due to travel requirements between sites a full driving licence is also required.
