We aim to be the number one provider of premium security in the country. Our services are for upmarket clients within the North West - although we are undertaking rapid expansion. Our coverage includes Greater Manchester and beyond.

About The Role

Essential Criteria

A valid, indate and verifiable SIA Door Supervisor or Close Protection License
Right to work documents
Excellent timekeeping
Conflict management skills
Communication skills
Teamwork skills
Interpersonal skills
Emotional intelligence
Situational awareness
An ability to write security related reports and statements
Proficient in writing witness statements (although training can be provided)
Smart and presentable appearance

Desirable Criteria

Own transport
Knowledge of relevant legislation including common law powers (where preventing a breach of the peace); section 24A PACE 1984; and the Licensing Act although training can be provided
Previous experience within the security industry as a door supervisor
Commercial awareness
Ability to interact and engage with people from a wide range of backgrounds
Flexibility
